📦 Return & Exchange Eligibility

We accept returns and exchanges for the following reasons:

  • Damaged or defective items

  • Incorrect items received

❗ Orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once they are in transit or on the way to delivery.

You must request a return or exchange within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery.

If you need an exchange, contact us within the 14-day return window. We will arrange a replacement promptly.

📝 How to Request a Return or Exchange

  • Include photos if the item is damaged or incorrect.

  • We will provide a free prepaid return shipping label via email.

  • Pack the item securely in its original packaging and drop it off at the designated return location (instructions included with the label).

Original Shipping Charges: Non-refundable

💳 Refund Process

  • Once your returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5 business days.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method in British Pounds (£).

  • You will receive an email confirmation once your refund is completed.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • We will arrange a free replacement or full refund, whichever you prefer.
