3. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, with standard delivery taking 5–6 business days and express delivery taking 2–3 business days after dispatch.

  • We use trusted couriers: Royal Mail and Evri.

  • Orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once they are in transit or on the way to delivery.

  • Shipping costs and delivery times are outlined at checkout.

4. Returns & Refunds

  • Returns and exchanges are accepted for change of mind, damaged items, or incorrect items.

  • Free prepaid return labels are provided via email, and no restocking fees apply.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Refunds are processed within 5 business days after receiving the returned item.
